how did the secretary introduce a sexual offender or a repeated pedophile to your kingdom hall?

i saw two different "letters of introduction" that really depressed me because i knew both of the victims and their side of the story was not reflected.

how were those letters you read and did they reflect anything or describe the conduct of the sexual predator?.

well - i had been wanting to do this for a long time , to question a legal department representative at bethel about the child abuse settlements and jw child abuse, since last year when the news came out about it.

especially since my dad , an elder for years was never aware of it and has on his own taken steps to see that families with children are informed if a former pedophile is in their congregation.

i was curious as to what the current views and policies in place are .

why did they have to butcher the kingdom melodies?

i used to love the old ones.

As a little girl growing up JW, I looked forward to when I would be deemed old enough to sing with the adult sisters at the LA conventions. Never happened.

The local congo I was in had a sister who had trained to be a concert pianist. We enjoyed her playing for years. It was lovely and a delight to sing with her.

When I moved far away, we had a sister play... She picked notes out with one hand. I love you Sharon and I know you were doing your best and just trying to help the congo out.

Does anyone know John Hurley from Orange County? He played kingdom songs like Liberace.

Everything is back on track

especially to those who know me in person, i wanted to share with you my joy today.. i spoke today very long with my jw family of my position (away from the org, separated and gay), without any criticism or attack or threat.

quite an achievement.. why about this change?

parents age is moving them to see the reality of the situation.
